Residence in the heart of the castle village of Prissiano

Residence Adler is located in the heart of the castle village of Prissiano, not far (only 20 km) from Merano and Bolzano in the Tesimo low mountain range, at an altitude of 610 m. What makes our house special is that it is located directly next to Fahlburg Castle, renovated in 2024, and just a few minutes' walk `from` Katzenzung Castle, home to the oldest vine in the world, as well as the charming St. Martin Chapel.

The bus station is in front of the Residence, `from` here you can go via Vilpiano to Bolzano or via Lana to Merano.

Residence Adler is ideal not only for an extensive hiking holiday, but also for a short break stay combined with a celebration or family party at the historic residences.

From here, you can embark on leisurely and challenging hiking or cycling tours, city visits, or even full-day excursions to the Dolomites, Verona, Innsbruck or Lake Garda.

My tip: Take a walk along the castle trail to experience the medieval mansions of Prissian in all their splendor.
